Quick Start
Step 01
Install a Tool
Head to the Downloads page and install the NexionTools BIM plugin that fits your workflow — each tool includes a one-click installer.
- 1Visit the Downloads page from the navigation bar
- 2Pick the tool you need and click Download
- 3Run the installer as Administrator and select your Revit® version
- 4The tool will appear automatically in Revit® on next launch
Step 02
Open Revit® and Find the Plugin
Once installed, open Revit®. NexionTools tools appear in the ribbon under the Add-Ins tab or in a dedicated NexionTools tab.
- 1Launch Autodesk® Revit® (2024 – 2027 supported)
- 2Open or create a project
- 3Click the Add-Ins tab in the top ribbon
- 4Locate the NexionTools section and click any tool icon to start
Step 03
Run Your First Command
Most BIM tools work with a single click. Select elements in your Revit® model (if needed), then launch the tool and follow any on-screen prompts.
- 1Select the Revit® elements you want to work with (walls, rooms, views, etc.)
- 2Click the tool button in the ribbon
- 3Review and confirm the action in the tool dialog
- 4The tool runs and reports results — check the success summary

- 4Suggest a feature if you have a workflow not covered
