- NexionTools is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund policy on all subscription purchases.
- All payments are processed by our authorized payment processor, which acts as the Merchant of Record for NexionTools.
2. 14-Day Unconditional Refund
- You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial subscription purchase.
- You may also request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of any automatic subscription renewal.
- No reason is required. Simply contact us and we will process your refund.

3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@nexiontools.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Alternatively, submit a support ticket through the Client Portal under Support → New Ticket.
- Include your account email address and the approximate purchase date so we can locate your subscription quickly.
- We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 1 business day.
4. Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds are processed by our payment processor and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions & Alternatives
5. After the 14-Day Window
- After the 14-day refund period, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your account will then revert to the free Explorer tier.
6. Free Trial
- NexionTools offers a free trial of the Professional tier. No payment information is required to start a trial.
- We encourage you to use the free trial to evaluate our plugins before purchasing a subscription.
Additional Details
7. Payment Processor Discretion
- Our authorized payment processor, as the Merchant of Record, reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of a purchase at their discretion to prevent chargebacks.
- This is a standard consumer protection measure and does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
