Why Batch Schedule Exporter exists
Issue day is a queue of export dialogs. Every schedule exported one at a time, every sheet printed to PDF with the same settings retyped, then the DWGs, then the IFC, then the NWC for the coordinator. Each one is a few clicks and a file path, and there are forty of them, and one always gets missed.
How Batch Schedule Exporter works
Switch between schedules and sheets and pick what to export, with search and category filters to build the selection quickly.
Schedules export to CSV, Excel, Revit TXT or PDF. Sheets export to PDF, DWG, DGN or raster images. IFC and NWC ride along in the same run, but they are model exports rather than sheet exports - each produces one file covering the whole model, whichever sheets you ticked.
Select by rule rather than by clicking, when the set is defined by something consistent. That helper applies to sheets; schedules are picked from the list.
Run several formats in one pass, so the same selection produces the PDF and the DWG without going round again. PDFs come out either one per sheet or as a single combined file, and the combined route is the faster of the two because it is one export pass rather than one per sheet.

When to reach for it
- A drawing issue where the same sheets go out as PDF and DWG.
- Regular schedule exports for a cost or FM team.
- Producing a coordination IFC and NWC of the model alongside the drawing set, in the same run.
What it does not do
- Export quality is Revit's. Anything that exports badly by hand will export badly in a batch - this removes the repetition, not the underlying behaviour.
- A large batch takes as long as Revit takes. The one exception is combined PDF, which runs as a single export pass and comes out faster than producing the same sheets one file at a time.
- IFC and NWC always export the whole model in one file. Ticking a subset of sheets does not narrow them - if you need a partial IFC, that is a view or workset setup job before the export.
- Exporting schedules to PDF needs Revit 2022 or newer. The other schedule formats work on every supported version.
- The settings are not remembered between sessions. Next time you open it, the formats and paths are back to their defaults.
- It exports what exists. Sheets that are not set up correctly are not fixed on the way out.

- How do I export all Revit schedules at once?
- Revit exports schedules one at a time. This selects as many as you want and exports them together, to CSV, Excel, Revit TXT or PDF.
- Can it export sheets to more than one format in a single run?
- Yes. The same sheet selection can produce PDF and DWG without configuring the run twice. IFC and NWC can be queued in the same pass, but they are whole-model exports - one file each, covering the model rather than the sheets you picked.
- Can I select sheets by a rule instead of clicking each one?
- Yes, there is a select-by-rule option alongside the search and category filters, which matters when the set is defined by a numbering pattern. It is a sheets-side helper; schedules are chosen from the list.
